Online Sales Payment Methods

For Online sales contact Sharp Facets toll free, 877-621-2191 or email sharpfacets@sharpfacts.com to setup purchase. Paypal is the preferred online payment method with Sharp Facets however we accept all major credit cards, money orders, certified checks, or personal checks. If paid by credit card or certified check we ship within 2 days of clearance. If paid by personal check we will ship within 10 days.

Sharp Facets provides Layaway options for online purchases call us to setup your customized layaway.

At Sharp Facets we will even consider trade ins for online purchases.

Shipping Terms

Shipment will normally be made within 2 business days of receipt of a cleared payment. We ship in the U.S. and pre approved select international destinations only. If you are not sure if we ship to your area call toll free 877-621-2191 or email sharpfacets@sharpfacets.com. Shipping costs vary and is to be paid by the buyer including the required insurance. Buyers are responsible for all shipping cost.. Multiple purchases can be combined for even more savings.

Online Sales Return Policy

We truly appreciate your business and we want you to be 100% completely satisfied, therefore we will gladly allow returns for any reason. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to get a return authorization number. The item must be shipped at buyer’s expense within 5 days of receiving the return authorization. The return authorization number must be clearly affixed to the outside of the package. The item must be undamaged and in original condition. Upon receiving the returned item we will refund 100 % the purchase price, less shipping and ring sizing expense (if applicable).

Online Ring Sizing

Do to our experience in the field of estate jewelry and restoration pieces; we prefer to size the ring for you. This will assure quality work. We will size Up 2 sizes for a $20.00 fee and $15.00 each additional size after the first two sizes for gold rings. We will size down any size for $10.00 for gold rings. Platinum rings are sized by individual quote. Keep in mind that we do not stretch your precious ring... we actually add gold and do a perfect job every time.
